All Chuzz Wrld products are shipped directly by the owner.

Production & Processing Times

Every Chuzz Wrld piece is handmade from start to finish with each buyer in mind. Because of this, production and shipping times vary by order type:

• Pre-order items: Please allow 4–8 weeks for production and shipping.
• Pre-made/in-stock items: Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

We appreciate your patience, as handcrafted work cannot be rushed without compromising quality.

Transfer of Responsibility

By completing a purchase with Chuzz Wrld, you acknowledge and agree that our responsibility for your order ends once it has shipped and a tracking number has been provided. From that point forward, the order is in the care of the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control — including weather, customs processing, or courier-related issues. Chuzz Wrld is not liable for delays caused by these factors.

Returned, Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

• Returned to sender: If a package is returned to us by the courier, please contact us promptly. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to arrange a reshipment; however, the buyer is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.
• Lost, stolen, or delayed in transit: Chuzz Wrld does not accept responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being handed off to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure they are available to receive the package on its expected delivery date. Any issues that arise after shipment must be directed to the carrier directly.

International Orders

Chuzz Wrld does not cover customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
